Audience Question: Has anyone else felt tablets replacing their current methods of communication? If so, why?

Since the discussion was drifting towards teaching in specific:

If professors feel that tablets are changing their way of teaching, they will resent it. Rather, they should be able to continue teaching in exactly the same fashion but, for instance, using DyKnow instead of PowerPoint.

I disagree. I think some faculty can stick their pedagogy, but other faculty will welcome new ways to tackle old problems (and I'm a faculty member who was type #2)
